Breathe and Be Still
Breath can be hurried or it can be patient. A hurried breath speeds up everything in and around us but slows down what we anticipate, exaggerates what we fear, and clouds our judgment on all else. A patient breath allows the universe to unfold before us, revealing its beauty, its truth, and its gifts at just the right moment. When we are tempted to be hurried, let us breathe and be still. When we are still, let us be expectant and grateful.
